I think my neighborhood is finally getting fiber lines and I’m pretty sure the company doing it is att although there are no flags or company numbers on who is doing construction, but I found a cable in one of the holes they dug that says “Corning Optical Cable” and “CAT, with some numbers or something “ or something like that.

My neighborhood was built in the 1970s with underground power, ATT phone lines, and Comcast cable lines... everything is underground. Every neighborhood nearby in any direction from mine has above ground utilities and got ATT fiber ~4 years ago. I have never heard any news about our neighborhood eventually getting fiber..
