Mar 4, 2021 · I have the same issue. Just moved and upgraded old equipment with what I thought was a new DVR and 4 other non DVR. When hooking up last non DVR, got the XRE message. 3 trips to chat support re-established all 5 tv's for a short period, then one tv with a non DVR would revert to the XRE message. The box I thought was a DVR is a XG2V2-P. Connect the power adapter to the wall outlet. Plug it into the Power connector on the back of the box. 4. Switch your TV to the correct input. If you connected the box to an HDMI port on your TV, switch to the HDMI input that matches that port.
