Koiq • 3 yr. ago. Dump your Dds specs on ahrim instead. Really though you should reconsider your gear, Mage: all melee brothers, karil. Range: ahrim. Spec: ahrim (even msb (i) spec, or dds, but ideally claws) Melee: skeletons, bloodworms for kc. Or if you’re BPing you can get kc with bp and not bring melee gear at all.
All the advice I see is Elite void with a dragon crossbow (I can't afford a better crossbow) but, when I run it all through a dps calculator, they say that using Karil's with a blowpipe and adamant darts is better dps than Elite Void with a dragon crossbow and ruby bolts (e). I decided to just try both of those and honestly both seamt pretty .... Fdlp

I used to consistently get 2 kill trips with karils and a blessed coif, with elite void I scarcely get 2 kill trips and kill times overall seem way slower. I have ornate pool. The massive range (10 squares vs rcb 7 vs karil 8) is really nice to have and the thing is pretty damn accurate (100 vs rcb 90 and karils 84) with decent damage splats (78 range str vs karils 55 and rcb addy bolts 100/mith 82). It's right in the middle of the two for attack speed.But your defence level when rolling a magic attack is 30% defence level and 70% magic level. 70% of defense against Magic is based on the Magic level, while 30% is based on the Defence level.
